At Turnt Up, we offer flexible fixed-term subscriptions powered by Recharge, a trusted platform that ensures a seamless and secure experience for managing your subscriptions.

Flexible and Configurable Terms:
Recharge offers flexible subscription management, allowing merchants to set various billing intervals, such as weekly, monthly, or annually. While Recharge doesn't inherently enforce a maximum subscription term length, we have configured our fixed-term subscriptions to expire after a set number of charges. This means you can enjoy a subscription plan that automatically ends after a predetermined period, such as 6 months, 1 year, or any duration that best suits your needs.

Subscription Periods:
You can select a subscription period that works best for you:

Every 1 Month
Every 2 Months
Every 3 Months

Manage Your Subscription:

Update your payment details, shipping address, or preferences online.

Receive notifications about upcoming renewals, changes, or cancellations.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Recharge portal. If you experience any issues canceling your subscription, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you in completing the cancellation.

Automatic Cancellation:
Subscriptions will automatically cancel at the end of the fixed term unless you notify us to renew or extend them.

Renewal and Reminders:
Recharge will send you automated reminders before the end of your subscription period or fixed term, giving you the option to renew or make changes.
