What is THC? How does it differ from CBD?

THC is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis that makes you feel "high."

What are the benefits and side effects of taking THC?

People use THC for various reasons, including pain relief, relaxation, mood enhancement, and stimulating appetite. Side effects may include dry mouth, red eyes, impaired memory, slower reaction times, and increased heart rate.

Do I have to be a certain age to purchase THC products?

Yes, there are age restrictions for purchasing THC. You must be 21 years old or older.

Hemp products containing less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis ARE federally legal thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, also known as the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. Many states in the US have legalized THC for medical and/or recreational use, including California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and several others.

Can THC products be used alongside other medications?

If you take prescribed medication(s), it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before using THC or other hemp products to avoid potential interactions with your medication.

Are there any specific precautions for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding?

Individuals that are pregnant or are breastfeeding are generally advised to avoid THC and hemp products due to potential risks to the developing fetus or infant. Consult with a healthcare professional.

How long does it take for THC to take effect and how long does it last?

The duration of any THC experience depends on factors such as the method of consumption, dosage, and individual tolerance and metabolism. For example, when THC is inhaled through methods such as smoking or vaporization, the effects of THC typically last anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. On the other hand, when THC is consumed in the form of edibles, effects may last anywhere from 4 to 8 hours, but may sometimes last even longer.

What is a recommended dose for THC products?

Recommended dosage varies between individuals and depends heavily on factors like individual tolerance, product potency, method of consumption, and desired effects. Starting with a low dose, patiently assessing effects, and gradually increasing if necessary is always advisable.

Can I travel with THC products?

Laws regarding traveling with THC products vary by location. It's important to research and comply with local regulations. If you decide to travel with THC or other hemp products, keep products sealed in their original packaging, and bring copies of the certificates of laboratory analysis (COAs) for each product. All of our products' packaging includes a scannable QR code that will display the COA for that product.
